	These old favorite songs will add much pleasure to gather­ings, both in and out of doors, where group singing can be en­joyed by old and young.
	MUSICAL GUESSING GAME Prepare, as per drawing, as many slips as you have guests. List on one slip (not in order in the book) fifteen of the songs. Have some one play the chorus of the songs, allowing two or three minutes after each chorus for the audience to guess and write down the name of the song. Read the correct list—the person getting the greatest number right, wins the prize. WHISTLING CONTEST All sit in a circle—count off one, two, three, four, etc., each person having a number. Distribute slips, each bearing, the name of a different song. Start with number one, who is to whistle as much of the air of the song (verse and chorus) assigned to him, as he can remember. The one who completes the task most satisfactorily, wins the contest. NOTE—An amusing feature can be added to this same by producing in the midst of the game a lemon, the very appearance of which will usually cause the per­former to lose control of puckering the lips, and be unable to continue whistling. MEMORY CONTEST Have some one play a portion of the air of.ten of the songs hurriedly. Pass out slips—the guests proceed to write down the names, of as many songs as they remember they have heard and sign their name. Collect and read aloud the list. The best memory wins.
